Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account billing page and you'll keep your plan's access until the end of the current billing period.

What happens to my projects if I downgrade?

Your projects and translations are never deleted. If you're over the Free plan's limits, you'll need to reduce usage (e.g. archive a project) before creating new resources, but existing data stays intact.

Whose plan governs a shared project?

Plan limits and paid features are based on the project owner's subscription, not the plan of individual contributors or reviewers.

Do I need Business if I just want higher limits and AI translation?

No — Pro raises every Free-plan limit and adds AI translation and glossary. Business is only worth it if you need the REST API/SDKs, or you're big enough to need truly unlimited projects and languages.

Do you offer discounts for open source?

Public projects can be created on the Free plan at no cost. Reach out if you need higher limits for a genuinely open-source project.

What happens when a project hits its monthly AI/MT or API limit?

New AI/MT suggestions and API calls for that project pause until the limit resets at the start of the next calendar month, or until you upgrade. Nothing already translated is affected, and manual translation always keeps working.
